Villa Gli Eucalipti is set within a large estate with a spacious garden, at the foot of the hills of Cerveteri, just a few kilometers from the Banditaccia Etruscan Necropolis (a UNESCO World Heritage Site) and the beaches of Santa Severa and Campo di Mare.

Surrounded by greenery, the semi-detached villa consists of two independent apartments, which can be booked either together or separately.

Each apartment can accommodate up to five guests, for a total capacity of ten. Both feature independent heating and air conditioning, two double bedrooms, one bathroom, a living room with kitchenette, dining table, sofa bed, and fireplace. Each unit also has its own private garden, complete with sun loungers, table, and chairs for enjoying meals outdoors.

Just outside the property, you will find yourself immersed in nature: take a peaceful walk at sunset or a refreshing run in the morning.

The villa is about a 30-minute drive from Rome, which can also be reached by train from the nearby Marina di Cerveteri station (7 km).
